PBX Operator - must have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work overnight shifts.
Concierge - 1-3 years related experience required. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule are a plus. Familiarity with the city of Chicago and surrounding areas are a must.
Bell Attendant - related experience strongly preferred; must be able to work flexible shifts (including overnights) & have outstanding customer service skills.
PM Housekeeping Supervisor - 1-3 years minimum housekeeping experience required. This position is responsible for the adherence of hotel quality standards. Computer skills and a second language is helpful.
Sales Manager - 2-3 years prior experience in the upscale market required (downtown Chicago strongly preferred). A proven track record of success is a given, outstanding customer service skills & the ability to close a sale are musts.
Human Resources Coordinator - Must have solid interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and data entry skills. Must have attention to detail and strong math aptitude. Ability to make suggestions and implement them. Must have the ability to prioritize and manage time wisely and be flexible.
e-Commerce Manager – The e-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing the online marketing intiatives, database management, and tracking. This position entails managing a wide scope of projects with and emphasis on company branding, messaging and interactive communications. 3-5 years years experience in marketing or communications required.
Part Time Bartender – must have at least 1 year of service experience. Also, must be well spoken and able to articulate the menu and beverages in a clear and knowledgeable manner.
Room Attendants - responsible for cleaning rooms, this position requires flexibility & reliability. Related experience strongly preferred.
Reservations Agent - previous related experience is strongly preferred. Outstanding customer service skills & phone voice are required. The ability to work a flexible schedule is a must.
