F/T Front Desk Agent 1-3 years related experience strongly preferred. Outstanding customer service skills & the ability to work a flexible schedule (including overnight) are musts. Proactive in complying with guest request, ability to solve guest problems, and use all office equipment. Familiarity with the Opera property management system and a second language are a big plus Must have at least 2 years of service experience. Applicant must be well spoken and be able to articulate in a clear and knowledgeable manner. The applicant must be self-motivated and a team player. Previous LP Officer experience required; Hotel background and Bachelors degree preferred. The ability to work a flexible schedule is a must. Will assist in the day to day management of the following F&B areas – Base Bar, In Room Dining, Mini Bar and Banquets. Previous F&B Management experience required. Degree in Hospitality Management, F&B background strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Micros experience a plus. Responsible for generating revenue for the hotel. The DOS oversees sales and marketing, catering, revenue management and e-commerce. The following qualifications are preferred: 3-5 years experience as a DOS or ADOS, preferably in the Chicago market and at a 4 diamond property. |
