Director of Human Resources - The Director of Human Resources reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the overall administration and direction of the hotel's human resources function harmonizing the culture, mission, mottos and quality standards to ensure maximized potential. The DOHR must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures long term satisfaction of employees, guests and owners.

Requirements:
Possesses a positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.
Ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to organize several projects and use the departments/company resources to achieve success.
Command of various software programs – in particular Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:
3-4 years minimum senior level human resources management experience required in an upscale or luxury hotel environment preferred.
A degree in Human Resources management and/or PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred.
