Reservations Agent (Full-Time)
Job Description
Responsible for processing all reservations; handling all daily activities regarding reservation capture, changes and cancellations according to the market segment; organizing and filing information; and maintaining knowledge of all information regarding programs, packages, groups, rates, special promotions, etc.; and handling all phone calls efficiently and courteously consistent with established standards and procedures.

Qualifications
Must have 1-2 years' customer service experience with the ability to use sales techniques and clearly communicate with customers over the phone and face-to-face. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is required. Must be able to multitask with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

Apprentice Engineer (Full-Time)
Job Description
Responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public space and back of house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel. Assignments relate to a variety of trades that include but are not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering and masonry.

Qualifications
Must be a Local 399 member in good standing and be currently enrolled in classes at the Union Hall.

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager (Full-Time)
Job Description
Responsible for beverage control and purchasing for all food and beverage operations of the hotel; oversees all in-room dining, mini-bar and bar employees as well as food and beverage outlets.

Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years' hotel experience with in-room dining, mini-bar and bar operations experience in a leadership role. Proficiency in Micros, Pay Corp and Excel required. Must have experience with scheduling, inventory control training and food handling. Must be a self-motivated team player.
