Intimate Meetings Venues For Up to 300

Fender Ballroom – boasting a capacity of over 3,000 square feet, this event space can be partitioned into three separate banquet spaces. The soaring 20' ceilings complete the neutral hues that add to the modern ambiance. The chic, contemporary ballroom features a state-of-the-art sound system, which is acoustically equipped to host a rock concert.

Gibson Room – This rectangular corner room features views of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Place and basks in natural light. Each partitioned room, including Byrdland, Firebird, Flying V, SG, and Les Paul, is easily utilized for break-out sessions or smaller events and meetings. Each room also features a built-in desk and armoire.

Hamer Room – This exclusive room features an outdoor terrace that overlooks Michigan Avenue, as though you are suspended above the bustling city street. The Hamer Room also features a 500 square foot pre-function space. The room can be partitioned into two different rooms; when divided each section retains a portion of the sophisticated Michigan Avenue views.

Gretsch Boardroom – A stylish boardroom for meetings features Herman Miller ergonomic chairs and a state-of-the-art frosted glass table that can accommodate up to 16 people. Featuring elite technology, the room contains a built-in plasma screen and DVD/CD player. The room also holds an armoire and desk.

Rickenbacker Boardroom – Located directly across from the Gretsch Boardroom, this room is a mirror image of the Gretsch. Its sleek contemporary design is both professional and intimate.

Paul Reed Smith – The most intimate of all of the catering spaces, this room is ideal for a small meeting or interview offices.

Alembic Room – This is the largest of the meeting and event spaces and is located on the fourth floor.
This flexible space creates a sense of privacy and is the ultimate setting for both business and social events.
This room may be divided into two separate rooms of similar size.
